You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of the product or its packaging, or provide additional information to assist us in processing your request. In some cases, you may need to mail the product back to Jewelry Candles, LLC. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in mailing the product and providing proof of purchase.

Jewelry Candles, LLC reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the satisfaction guarantee.
