If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a Jewelry Candles product that you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement within 60 days of the purchase date.
Please note that our satisfaction guarantee is not applicable to products purchased from unauthorized sellers or unauthorized websites. We cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sources. The guarantee is limited to original, end-user purchasers within the United States.
How to Claim the Guarantee
To submit a guarantee request, please contact us at 1-800-230-1457 and provide information about where and when you purchased the product. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of the product or its packaging, or provide additional information to assist us in processing your request. In some cases, you may need to mail the product back to Jewelry Candles, LLC. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in mailing the product and providing proof of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
Jewelry Candles, LLC reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the satisfaction guarantee. We may also amend or terminate the satisfaction guarantee without prior notice.

Whether you are into gemstones like garnet, aquamarine, diamonds, emeralds, citrine, lapis lazuli, malachite or moonstone, you never know what type of gemstone(s) you'll find in our amazing Gemstone Candles when you burn them down! One thing is for sure, no matter what type of gemstone you get inside your Gemstone Candle, it will be a beautiful piece! SIDE NOTE We know many gemstone candle companies put the gemstone ON TOP of the wax of the candle where you can see it, we do not do it that way! We want the gemstone to be a surprise so you actually have to BURN down the candle to find the gemstone!=)
The value of the gemstones we put in our candles can range from a $5 piece all the way up to a diamond or emerald gemstone piece worth $5000. What gemstone will you find in your Gemstone Candle(s) ?!
*Once again, PLEASE be sure to burn your candles down close to the bottom so you can retrieve your gemstone as they are heavy and usually sink to the bottom of the candles when we pour them so please be patient! =)
