If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a Jewelry Candles product that you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement within 60 days of the purchase date.

How to Claim the Guarantee

In some cases, you may need to mail the product back to Jewelry Candles, LLC. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in mailing the product and providing proof of purchase.
Jewelry Candles, LLC reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the satisfaction guarantee. We may also amend or terminate the satisfaction guarantee without prior notice.
