Well it's quite simple actually, we wanted to choose a name that said exactly what our product is and what better name than Jewelry Candles right? They are candles with Jewelry in them so it just made sense! We also wanted a name that would be easy to remember, and who would forget a name like that? The name marries our fans love of Jewelry and Candles.

You may get a pair of earrings, a pendant, a necklace, a bracelet or a ring. You never know what you are going to get that is the nice secret until you burn the wax down and your jewel is revealed! The jewelry that you get will be worth somewhere between $10 and $7500. From time to time we will actually show you the fine jewelry that we will be putting in the candles on that particular month so keep an eye out on our website and facebook page to keep up with the going on's of Jewelry Candle Company!

Patience is the key here because you have to burn the candle down usually for a few hours and sometimes more to see your jewelry. We ask that you please do not dig for your jewel (even though we know it's super hard to be patient and wait for it! hehe) because you risk ruining your jewel and or your candle. If you dig for your jewel too soon you can ruin your candle as it may cause it to tunnel and not burn properly so once again, please be patient and wait till you can totally see the foil prior to getting your jewel out with some tweezers and AFTER you blow out your candle.

Yes! We now offer a free appraisal of your jewel just visit the link Appraise My Jewel and upload a few pics of your jewelry and within 24 to 48 hours we will tell you the value of your jewel. Keep in mind please that during busy busy holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas time things can get really busy for us so appraisals can take a wee longer but we will always get back to you with the retail value of your jewelry!

 Well as of right now we offer over 100 scents but we will be open to taking suggestions for new scents and always adding a few scents each season. We wanted to start our line with an awesome variety so that is exactly what we did and the response has been fantastic! We have all the major scent categories covered from foodie to floral to baked to perfume and beyond so please have a look around our saying around here at JC is that "you're sure to find a scent you love as we have something for everyone!". Yes. We offer our classic line of Jewelry Candles in which you could get a ring, necklace, pendant , bracelet or pair of earrings. Most of our customers like to be surprised but if you would like to choose your jewel, no biggie, just leave us a note at checkout and let us know what kind of jewel you would like to get in your candle!  With our Ring Candles you also get to choose your ring size from size 5 to 11 so there is something for everyone! Choosing your jewel goes with all our products just request the jewel you want at checkout and you may choose the jewel you want to get with any of our awesome products :)

 Jewelry Candles are made from 100% soy wax and not from petroleum based parrafin wax, bees wax, or palm wax. They are also 100% Vegan!

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Items must be returned within 60 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
